These terms apply to your use of this website and to estimates and services provided by Tree & Site Services.
By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
Estimates are free and are based on the information and photos you provide. A final price may change after an on-site inspection reveals conditions that were not visible or disclosed. No work begins until you approve the price and scope.
Tree work depends on weather and site conditions. We may reschedule for safety reasons and will contact you as soon as possible when that happens. Emergency and storm calls are prioritized by severity.
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work, and that you will provide safe access for our crew and equipment. Please tell us about septic systems, irrigation lines, underground utilities, or other buried features before work begins.
Some municipalities or HOAs require permits or approval before tree removal. You are responsible for obtaining any required approvals unless we agree in writing to handle them.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for large jobs or lot clearing projects.
We carry liability insurance and workers’ coverage for our crew. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage to unmarked underground or concealed items such as irrigation lines, drain fields, invisible fencing, or cables.
Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after crews and equipment have been dispatched may incur a call-out charge.

Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
